About Beau

Beau was your typical extremist athlete growing up: there was no challenge too big. While in his late-teens and engaged to be married to his high school sweetheart, he along with his cousin (Anton) and best friend (Mauricio Becker) agreed to perform a daring underwater act. Anton was a bit reluctant, but caved with some coaxing. His reluctuance would turn out to be warranted. During the stunt, a massive current hit, taking Beau under. Despite an exhausting effort to find him, he was later presumed dead. Guilt-ridden over not being able to save his cousin, Anton found comfort in the arms of his cousin's fiancée. Meanwhile, Beau swept ashore and secretly made his way back to his fiancée. Unfortunately, he discovered her in bed with own cousin. Furious, he disappeared, allowing them to believe that he had perished.

In the late fall of 2001, he decided to exact his revenge by sabatoging his cousin's new romance with Malina Ramirez. He tried using Malina's undissolved marriage to his best friend, but Mauricio saw it as an opportunity to finagle a payout. Therefore, Beau resorted to haunting his cousin, but was caught on video during one of his apparitions. When the two cousins finally came face to face, Anton was stunned by his full on-rage. Beau revealed he knew about his cousin tryst with his fiancée, and blamed him for destroying their future. Anton sympathize to a point, feeling a lot of misery could have been avoided if he confronted them back then. However, Beau was so filled with bitterness that he spent the next several months trying to undermine Anton's relationship with Malina.

By early Spring 2002, Malina convinced him to move forward. Beau got chummy with Leigh Gray (Anton's assistant) and started getting to know his younger cousin, Dylan.
