Ralph Lombard
Ralph, Hallandale's top detective, sadly hasn't seen much action since arriving in Hallandale, being one of the more underused siblings of the Lombard family tree.  What we have learned about Ralph from afar is that he's far more understanding and forgiving than his older brother, Brock.  After being trapped in the middle of a revenge plot by Leigha Gray, a woman who had been using him to get closer to Brock, Ralph was the first to offer Brock's scorned one-night stand an olive branch.  This was a move that stumped even his brother, who believed that Ralph was setting himself up for another opportunity to be hurt by Leigh.  Ralph, however, believed that Leigh was genuinely sorry for what she did and didn't think it was right of his brother to continue harping on her for a decision they (Brock and Leigh) both made.
