About Lacreasha

An outspoken extrovert, Lacreasha did her best to escape the shadow of her older sister. Oddly enough, as the series opens up, she is very much operating in the shadows while trying to break up Leonard Stone, and her best friend, Rochelle Desmores. Her seduction attempts were unsuccessful, and only alienated Rochelle. Leonard would eventually cave, enjoying one night of passion with her. When Rochelle caught them in the act, she tore into them both before storming out. Leonard ran after her, but discovered Kyle Sharrington instead. The next morning, Leonard was found dead and Lacreasha was certain Kyle did away with him (he thought she had done the deed). In time, they realized that neither one of them was responsible. When "Leonard" Stone later turned up alive, Lacreasha was not as convinced as the rest of the town about his miraculous recovery. Kyle later understood this was because Rochelle and Leonard were half-siblings, and that Leonard had a twin brother, Dean. It was her belief that "Leonard" was actually Dean. When they discovered Leonard still buried, she exposed Dean, and the case against Rochelle fell apart.

After the mistrial, Lacreasha and Kyle began receiving blackmail threats about their whereabouts the night of Leonard's murder. The blackmailer wanted fifty grand, which Lacreasha convinced a reluctant Kyle to pay. Lacreasha learned that Kavina was behind the blackmail, and attempted give her a taste of her own medicine. However, the plan backfired. She and Kyle later received information pointing to Kavina as Leonard's killer.

During Kavina's conviction trial, she finally revealed that Leonard and Rochelle were half-siblings. Disgusted with Lacreasha for harboring such a secret, Rochelle raked her over the coals. When Lacreasha refused to hand over the evidence, Rochelle convinced Darron to break into Lacreasha and Kyle's apartment, but they caught him. After agreeing never to interact again, Lacreasha handed over the file to Rochelle. Kyle, in an effort to get her mind off the last couple of months, lured her away to Paris, where he proposed. Lacreasha gleefully accepted. At the close of season five, Kyle's estranged father learns of their engagement, and uses the occasion as an opportunity to repair their damaged relationship. Lacreasha remains weary of Alexander's attentions, knowing there is part of Kyle that wants to let his undeserving father in.
